Purpose: to drive Omnichannel HCP communication Agenda through Omnichannel Strategy Development and Execution. Drive digital brand strategies based on the overall Omnichannel strategy and brand promotion strategies with the objective of entering into the new Digital Space and gaining advantage over competitors.
Role Responsibilities:
- Effectively lead team of digital managers and building effective partnerships with Agencies
- Omnichannel Strartegy Development, including HCPs segmentation and attribution, channels role determination etc
- Organize effective research, data visualization process to timely generate insights and update plans for execution accordingly
- Build effective cross functional and cross-market collaboration incl COE team
- Define innovative solutions for targeting, content development and data analysis to achieve higher efficiency of OCM investments
- Work in close collaboration with MZ team in order to follow jointly through whole customer journey
- Digital promotion/communication strategies development & implementation
- On the basis of combination of Company Omnichannel Strategy & each Brand Strategy together with each brand manager develop brand Digital Promotion Strategy & KPIs for each brand track execution, and timely strategy adjustment.
- Tools development & upgrade
- Lead the process of digital tools evolvement and upgrade along with Omnichannel Strategy execution through understanding of evolving business needs, transforming them into requirements, and managing the service providers to implement the requirements
Collaboration with Other Functions
Collaborate with Rx-OTC Marketing & Sales, Finance, IT, CoE, SFE, BI, HR teams to drive Digital Agenda, projects, processes, data, automation, systems, DepEx
Operating External Network:
Research Agencies, Content/Digital HCP Agencies, Service Providers
Key Skills and Experience:
- Relevant experience in omnichannel HCP: detailing program launch & support
- Experience in leading the team of experts
- Graduate degree preferrably in Math or IT, experience in Banking / FMCG / specialized provider in the role responsible for Omnichannel with proven record of success: 3+ years
- Strong understanding of modern approach of omnichannel promoion to big groups of customers, customers segmenation, communication strategies
