Responsibilities:
- Own content calendars and social media management across client and Levitate accounts, primarily LinkedIn, with platform-specific strategy rather than duplicated posts
- Run targeted outbound campaigns (email and LinkedIn), from list building and sequencing through execution
- Write and edit content: posts, newsletters, blog contributions, and campaign copy
- Partner closely with our Marketing Manager, who leads our content and social operations, along with our design and AI/automation team members
- Help manage reporting and performance tracking across accounts
- 2+ years of marketing experience
- Excellent written and spoken English (you'll be writing client-facing content daily)
- Proven experience managing social media accounts (agency or in-house)
- Experience with outbound/email marketing or lead generation is a strong plus
- Comfortable working with AI tools as part of daily workflow (we use Claude, Apollo, HeyReach, and similar tools across the team)
- Design experience (Canva, Figma, or similar) is a plus
- Interest in or familiarity with B2B/tech/cybersecurity industries is a plus, not required
- Based in Bishkek
- Open to full-time or part-time
- Hybrid: based out of our office at iHub coworking, Baitik Baatyra 1/4, with work-from-home on Wednesdays
- Flexible hours: 11am–5pm
