Brand Manager

We are a rapidly growing FMCG company in Kazakhstan, representing the products of one of Iran’s largest food manufacturers. Alongside developing our portfolio in the local market, we are currently implementing an ambitious project to build a cheese production facility in Kazakhstan.

We are looking for a Brand Manager to join us for the long term and take an active role in building and growing our brands, developing the portfolio and shaping our marketing strategy in Kazakhstan.

Обязанности:

• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned brands/categories, from strategy and planning to execution and performance tracking.
• Develop and execute brand and portfolio plans aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.
• Analyze market, category, consumer and competitor dynamics using Nielsen/Retail Audit and internal sales data.
• Identify growth opportunities across portfolio, pricing, channels, regions and SKU mix, and translate insights into clear business actions.
• Lead NPD and product launches from opportunity assessment and business case development to market execution and post-launch evaluation.
• Drive integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, Digital, BTL and in-store activation.
• Manage marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources and investments.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing and international teams.
• Manage agencies and external partners, ensuring high-quality and timely execution.
• Regularly review brand performance and take corrective actions where required.

• 3–5 years of Brand Marketing experience, preferably in an international FMCG company.
• Proven ability to independently manage a brand, category or significant part of a portfolio.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking with hands-on experience in Nielsen/Retail Audit data.
• Experience in NPD, portfolio management, pricing and integrated marketing.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• English — Upper-Intermediate or above.
