Affiliate Manager / Arabian

An international iGaming company is looking for an Affiliate Manager to expand its affiliate network across global markets. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting new affiliates, building long-term partnerships, and supporting partners throughout the collaboration process.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract new affiliates across international markets

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliate partners

• Support affiliates throughout the registration and onboarding process

• Assist partners with operational questions and platform-related issues

• Work towards individual and team KPIs

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective affiliate support

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Sales, Account Management, Affiliate Marketing, Customer Support, or a similar role will be an advantage

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to build relationships and maintain partnerships

• Basic computer literacy and confidence using social media platforms and search engines

• English or Arabic at a conversational level

• Proactive attitude and result-oriented mindset

Nice to have:

• Experience in iGaming, Betting, or Affiliate Marketing

• Knowledge of additional foreign languages

• Experience working remotely with international partners or clients
