Responsibilities:

Lead on-site discovery with client executives, process owners and subject-matter experts through interviews, observation and workshops
Map the client's organizational structure, processes and subprocesses
Review the systems and data the client uses today
Identify the real business problems and their root causes, which aren't always what people describe at first
Decide where AI and automation can help, and where they can't
Design a tailored solution and confirm its feasibility with our Technical Team Leads
Write PRDs, BRDs and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria
Create workflows, wireframes and process maps
Present findings and proposals to client executives, stakeholders and our leadership
Hand over the full package to our Project Managers, Product Managers and tech team
Stay involved as the business expert during delivery
Build templates and checklists that make every new project start faster

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in business or systems analysis in IT, including direct work with client stakeholders
A degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in the IT industry
Led at least one project from discovery to delivery, working directly with a client's senior stakeholders
Took part in at least one digital transformation project, where an organization changed how it works through new systems or automation
Working knowledge of software delivery, APIs, databases, integrations and system architecture sufficient to collaborate effectively with technical leads.
Practical understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, including how to assess potential use cases and the quality and availability of the data they require.
Experience interviewing stakeholders and running workshops to uncover the real business need
Ability to break a business down into processes and subprocesses and map them in modeling tools
Strong skills in writing PRDs, BRDs and User Stories with acceptance criteria
Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall, and when each one fits
Understanding of how software systems talk to each other, with a basic grasp of APIs, databases and system architecture
Experience with Trello, Jira or a similar project tracking tool
Fluent Uzbek; confident working in Russian and English
Strong presentation skills and confidence presenting to executives and stakeholders
Ability to explain technical topics to business people, and business needs to developers
Analytical, problem-solving mindset and comfort taking the lead in an unfamiliar organization
