Who we are looking for:

We are seeking an Account and Content Manager with strong initiative, negotiation, and communication skills to serve as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients (platforms) and partners (game providers).

Responsibilities:

-Help clients and partners through email, online presentations, screen-share.
-Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
-Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
-Forecast and track key account metrics
-Keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional service on a day-to-day basis
-Monitor and analyze ongoing process
-Working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
-Liaise between the clients and internal teams

Requirements:

-Exceptional negotiation communication skills
-iGaming experience is a must
-Proficient in English at both written and spoken
-Industry experience in slot games is a plus
-Experience as an account manager, sales representative, or business development manager in a gambling or tech company.
-Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
-Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
