SEO Specialist

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to build our organic presence from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to own the entire SEO function — strategy, execution, and results.

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute a scalable global SEO strategy.
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits and drive implementation with the Product/Engineering team.
• Generate and validate SEO growth hypotheses.
• Build and manage a structured content production process (hire and manage copywriters, create briefs, ensure content quality).
• Develop and execute a link-building strategy.
• Track and analyze organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Proven experience with international SEO projects across CIS, US, EU, and LATAM markets.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and link building.
• Advanced knowledge of AI and SEO tools (such as Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, and SEMrush).
• Strong analytical skills and a high level of ownership.
• Experience managing copywriters and scaling content production.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher.
• Experience with Webflow will be a plus.
