IT Project Manager

IT Project Manager ( with product thinking)

We are looking for a Project Manager with strong English communication skills (!) and commercial experience who combines project management, technical understanding, and a consulting mindset — someone who understands the client’s business, recommends effective solutions, and takes ownership of the outcome.

What you will do:

• Consulting & Business/Product Thinking

* Understand the client’s business goals and underlying problems, not just their requested features.
* Help define the MVP, priorities, and scope, and propose effective alternative solutions.
* Lead discovery calls and prototype solutions to turn business needs into clear product requirements.

• Client Partnership & Trusted Adviser

* Build trusted client relationships through clear communication, transparency, and expectation management.
* Act as a trusted adviser by making recommendations, challenging assumptions, and helping clients make informed decisions.
* Identify new client needs and commercial opportunities in collaboration with Sales.

• Project Delivery Excellence

* Own end-to-end delivery: planning, scope, resources, timelines, risks, and final acceptance.
* Coordinate developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders, keeping priorities and responsibilities clear.
* Maintain Jira and project documentation, manage changes, and ensure the delivered product meets agreed requirements.

• Technical & AI Skills

* Apply BA and QA knowledge to create clear, testable requirements and communicate effectively with developers.
* Understand technical constraints and use this knowledge to support product and delivery decisions.
* Use AI to accelerate requirements, analysis, documentation, and repetitive project processes.

• Conflict Management

* Lead difficult conversations and negotiations while maintaining trust and productive relationships.
* Balance client expectations, business goals, technical constraints, and team capacity.
* Find practical compromises and keep projects moving during pressure, delays, or scope changes.

What we are looking for:

* English C1+ and confidence communicating with international clients.
* 2+ years of commercial project management experience.
* Strong understanding of BA, web applications, and the software development lifecycle.
* Business and product thinking with a consulting-oriented approach.
* Strong client communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
* Strong ownership, analytical thinking, adaptability, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively under pressure.
* Proactive, friendly, and solution-oriented mindset.
* Interest in using AI to improve productivity and delivery.
