Finance Manager

Hilton Garden Inn Astana is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the hotel.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, management reports, and financial forecasts.
• Monitor hotel revenues, expenses, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
• Participate in the preparation and control of the annual budget and financial plans.
• Analyze financial results and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting in accordance with local legislation and company standards.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll-related financial processes, and cash management.
• Control expenses and ensure compliance with approved budgets.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide management with relevant insights for decision-making.
• Ensure proper internal controls and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Cooperate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and other external partners when required.
• Support hotel management and department heads with financial guidance and analysis.
• Lead and develop the Finance team, ensuring high standards of performance and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton standards, internal policies, and applicable legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Good understanding of local tax and financial regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of financial data.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in all three languages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively under deadlines.
• Leadership and team management skills.
