MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining accounting records for the sales/revenue accounting section;
• Preparing and checking primary documents related to goods shipments;
• Issuing, checking, and correcting Electronic Invoices (ESF);
• Preparing and controlling Accompanying Invoices for Goods (SNT);
• Ensuring the accuracy of sales transactions recorded in the accounting system;
• Processing bank statements;
• Maintaining inventory records in the Virtual Warehouse, including monitoring the sources of origin of goods;
• Recording banking transactions in the accounting system;
• Monitoring payments received from customers;
• Performing reconciliations with counterparties;
• Monitoring accounts receivable;
• Participating in the month-end and reporting period closing process;
• Performing additional tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant.

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
• 2–3 years of experience as an accountant responsible for sales/revenue accounting;
• Experience with banking operations;
• Good knowledge of 1C;
• Confident user of MS Excel;
• English language proficiency at Pre-Intermediate level;
• Experience working with IERP will be considered an advantage.
