Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery Service Quality Control: Monitor compliance with service standards, ensuring proper packaging, dish temperatures, and accurate prep times for delivery orders.

• Aggregator & Partner Management: Liaise, negotiate, and collaborate directly with key delivery partners (e.g., Yandex Food, Wolt, and other local delivery services).

• Customer Relations: Handle customer feedback, resolve dispute situations, and continuously improve overall service quality.

• Process Optimization: Proactively develop proposals to streamline delivery workflows and coordinate closely with the Operations team and coffee shop locations.

• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, analyze, and present key delivery performance reports and operational metrics.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in the restaurant or F&B industry.

• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of packaging standards, transportation protocols, and food delivery platform guidelines is highly preferred.

• Skills: Strong process management capabilities, analytical skills, presentation skills, and strong negotiation capabilities with partners.

• Personal Attributes: High level of proactivity, exceptional organizational skills, strong sense of responsibility, and attention to detail.

• Languages: Proficiency in English and Kazakh is a strong advantage.
