Cold Caller (Telemarketing, Lead Generation)

GP Solutions is looking a highly driven Outbound Cold Caller who thrives on prospecting and opening doors with new potential clients.

Format: Remote or Minsk office, part-time is available.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to B2B prospects and key decision-makers;
• Cold calling;
• Build rapport quickly, uncover needs, and handle objections effectively;
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve messaging and conversion.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in cold calling, lead generation, or outbound sales;
• Fluent in English or German;
• Comfort with high-volume outbound activity;
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills;
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable;
• Highly resilient and comfortable handling rejection;
• Experience in the travel industry.
