About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Integration & Support Manager to guide clients through integration and support them after launch.

You’ll work between customers, commercial teams, compliance, and developers to keep integrations moving and resolve technical and operational issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients from integration kickoff to production launch.

• Answer implementation questions and troubleshoot API, transaction, and account issues.

• Coordinate complex cases with developers, compliance, and operations.

• Keep clients updated and follow issues through to resolution.

• Track integrations, open requests, and next steps.

• Identify recurring problems and suggest improvements.
