Project Manager (Georgian language + English)

We are looking for a Project Manager for MIRA Tech to lead and coordinate our cross-functional marketing and real estate projects - for work in the UAE (Dubai), but for the Georgian market.

This is full-time office-based role with working schedule: Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Office located in Dubai Hills or Art of Living Mall.

‼️ The most important requirements for this role are fluency in Georgian, 1.5 years of experience in team, project or product management and either being currently based in Dubai or having worked in Dubai within the past few years.

MIRA Tech is a marketing agency that goes beyond creating digital products and providing digital services for internal clients within the MIRA Group.

The key responsibility is to monitor and maintain project-related assets, including websites, marketing materials and printed collateral. The role is primarily operational and focused on coordination.

Requirements:
• 1.5+ years of experience in Team, Project or Product Management
• Fluent English and Georgian (both written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, or similar) is an advantage
• Previous experience coordinating cross-functional projects is a plus

Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate our construction and real estate projects for the Georgian market
• Own project timelines, priorities, and execution across multiple teams
• Coordinate with Architecture, Sales, Marketing, Design, and other internal stakeholders
• Monitor and maintain project-related assets, including websites, marketing materials, and printed collateral
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs while keeping projects on track
