Chief Marketing Officer / CMO

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Build and strengthen the marketing function, establishing processes, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Manage the marketing budget and oversee a pipeline of strategic marketing initiatives.
• Drive brand development, positioning, and integrated online/offline marketing campaigns.
• Lead content strategy and creative direction, including innovative digital formats and AI-powered marketing initiatives.
• Identify and implement new marketing technologies and best practices to enhance efficiency and business impact.
• Develop strategic partnerships, marketing collaborations, and high-impact brand campaigns.
• Oversee corporate communications, PR initiatives, and executive-level marketing presentations.
• Expand the company's thought leadership through industry content, social media, and market insights.
• Support international brand positioning and strengthen the company's presence across key markets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and integrated communications.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign effectiveness through KPIs.
• Understanding of emerging marketing technologies, including AI-driven marketing tools, is a strong advantage.
