UX designer in Fintech

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to improve both the user experience and visual design of a mobile app and web platform in the fintech industry.

Responsibilities

- Take ownership of UX/UI direction for key product areas and ensure consistency across mobile and web platforms;
- Develop and improve UX/UI solutions based on user research, business goals, and product requirements;
- Design and optimize user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for mobile and web platforms;
- Create and maintain consistent, user-friendly, and visually appealing UI designs;
- Conduct UX research, including competitive analysis, user interviews, A/B testing, and user feedback analysis;
- Monitor industry trends and implement modern UX and UI best practices;
- Collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, developers, and other designers throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

- Ability to independently drive the full design process, from problem discovery and research to final UI implementation;
- Strong understanding of product thinking and ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints;
- A portfolio featuring fintech projects and strong UX/UI case studies;
- Proven UI design skills with the ability to create and improve high-quality visual interfaces;
- Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and component libraries;
- Experience with UX research and analytics tools;
- Structured thinking, strong visual design skills, and attention to detail;
- B2+ English (spoken and written).
