Project Manager (Fintech – Mobile & Web Platform)

We are looking for a Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of product features on both mobile and web platforms. You will be responsible for organizing and facilitating Scrum processes, monitoring sprint progress, preparing reports, and ensuring the team delivers on commitments. This role requires a hands-on professional who can analyze efficiency metrics, identify weak spots, and keep the team aligned with product goals.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Monitor sprint execution and ensure commitments are met.
• Track and report efficiency metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput, sprint success rate).
• Prepare regular progress and performance reports.
• Identify weak areas and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to align priorities.
• Follow up on commitments and ensure transparency in delivery.
• Support continuous improvement of processes.

Required experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT (preferably in fintech or brokerage).
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proven experience managing development teams and delivering projects on time.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence (or similar tools).
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to keep the team accountable.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher, required for daily communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in FX, brokerage, or trading platforms.
• Previous work in product-focused companies.
• Understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and advanced ADO plugins.
• Professional certifications in project management or Agile methodologies.
