💡 About the Role
We're looking for a B2B Product Manager who will take ownership of developing Yesim's B2B direction: eSIM Wholesale, API-based products, and other solutions for business clients and partners.
This role sits at the intersection of product, technology, business, and customer success. The Product Manager will work directly with B2B clients, Business Development, and the technical team, turning real market and customer needs into scalable product solutions.
The B2B direction has a dedicated development team. The Product Manager works in constant partnership with an experienced B2B Product Manager Lead, jointly responsible for product development, prioritization, and execution of key initiatives.
We need someone who doesn't just gather requirements, but understands the client's business problem, finds the optimal product solution, makes prioritization decisions, and drives the product through to results.
📝 Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Growth
-
Shape and develop the product strategy for eSIM Wholesale and other Yesim B2B products.
-
Research the market, customers, and competitors; identify new product opportunities and growth points.
-
Build and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer needs, business potential, company strategic goals, and technical capabilities.
-
Evaluate new product initiatives in terms of customer value, commercial potential, and implementation complexity.
-
Participate in developing the B2B product line and finding new monetization models.
B2B Customers & Customer Discovery
-
Work closely with Business Development and B2B clients.
-
Participate in meetings with key clients and partners at the discovery, sales, integration, and further product development stages.
-
Understand the client's business model, processes, constraints, and real product needs.
-
Help find solutions that create value for the client while remaining scalable for the product.
-
Systematize client feedback and use it to drive product development.
-
Use AI tools to quickly prepare client concepts, prototypes, and demo solutions to validate ideas and scenarios before full-scale development.
-
Support the success of key B2B clients after launch and identify opportunities to expand cooperation.
Product Delivery
-
Manage the full product lifecycle: discovery → requirements → development → launch → analysis → improvement.
-
Translate business needs and client scenarios into clear product and functional requirements.
-
Work together with development to find optimal technical solutions.
-
Plan releases and manage priorities together with the technical team.
-
Oversee the execution of key initiatives and ensure the result matches the original product goal.
-
Support the launch of new products, features, and client integrations.
Technical & Integrations
-
Work with the technical team on API, integrations, and B2B product infrastructure.
-
Understand the product architecture at a level sufficient to work independently with technical constraints and possibilities.
-
Work confidently with API documentation: understand integration capabilities and limitations, and help formalize requirements for development when needed.
-
Participate in designing new integration scenarios for clients and partners.
-
Be able to discuss technical topics with both the client and development, translating them into language each side understands.
-
Monitor the stability and development of existing B2B products and integrations.
Product Analytics
-
Define key metrics for B2B products and track their dynamics.
-
Analyze product usage by clients and the effectiveness of launched features.
-
Make product decisions based on data, customer feedback, and business impact.
-
Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and initiate their resolution.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with:

Other product teams
The Product Manager must be able to independently gather input from different stakeholders, structure it, find compromises, and drive the team to a concrete product decision.
What We Expect
-
3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B digital products, with real ownership of a product or a significant product area.
-
Experience working with B2B clients and strong product thinking: the ability to understand a client's business problem and turn it into a scalable product solution, not just a set of feature requests.
-
Ability to independently prioritize and make decisions, balancing client needs, business impact, and technical constraints.
-
Technical fluency: confident work with API documentation and integration products, understanding of solution capabilities, and effective collaboration with the engineering team.
-
AI-native approach: using AI for discovery, preparing client concepts, product materials, and rapid prototypes; basic vibe coding is a plus.
-
Ability to work with product metrics and evaluate the commercial impact of decisions.
-
Strong communication and presentation skills; English Upper-Intermediate / Advanced — the working language of the international B2B team and client communication.
Strong Advantage
-
Experience in telecom / eSIM / connectivity / roaming / mobile services.
-
Experience with API-first / platform / wholesale products and complex B2B integrations.
-
Experience in international B2B and understanding of unit economics / commercial product models.

-
Remote / Full-time.
-
Dedicated B2B development team, working closely with an experienced B2B Product Manager Lead; international team and clients.
-
High degree of autonomy and the ability to directly influence product strategy and the development of the B2B direction.
