Medical Director at SOLAR Beauty and Aesthetics Clinic (UAE)

SOLAR Beauty and Aesthetics Clinic is seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead our medical team and ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence, patient safety, and service quality. This position will appeal to a strong leader with medical expertise and a patient-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

Oversee medical procedures and ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements;
Ensure patient safety, proper documentation, and adherence to ethical standards and clinical standards (SOPs);
Manage physicians and medical staff, conduct their training, and evaluate their performance;
Consult and participate in the management of complex clinical cases;
Ensure a premium level of patient care and excellent treatment outcomes;
Participate in clinic operations, audits, and oversee the proper use of medical equipment.
Requirements:
Valid UAE medical license (DHA/DOH/MOH);
MD and experience in aesthetic medicine in aesthetic medicine or dermatology;
Excellent knowledge of UAE medical standards and healthcare requirements;
Willingness to work full-time at the Dubai clinic. The following is an advantage:
Previous experience in a management position (Medical Director/Head of a Medical Department);
