Growth Marketing Lead (subscription)

We're working with an international SaaS company that launches and scales B2C subscription products for global markets. Every new product starts as a hypothesis, and only the ideas backed by data become the next stage of growth.

They're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who can turn growth hypotheses into measurable business results.

This isn't a role for someone who's an expert in just one acquisition channel. You'll define go-to-market strategies for both existing and new products, identify where the biggest growth opportunities are, design and validate experiments, and decide what deserves to scale. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and design, moving quickly from ideas to execution and making decisions based on data - not assumptions.

💡 You'll be a great fit if you:
• have experience with international B2C subscription products;
• have successfully launched new growth initiatives from 0 to 1;
• think in unit economics, not just marketing metrics;
• actively use AI in your day-to-day work to research, experiment, and execute faster.
