Full Stack Marketing Specialist

Andersen is hiring a Full Stack Marketing Specialist to manage multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, content, paid acquisition, and analytics, driving growth across global digital projects.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting client discovery sessions.

- Interviewing stakeholders.

- Running marketing workshops.

- Working with senior and C-level stakeholders.

- Identifying the real business problem behind a client's initial request.

- Translating business objectives into marketing strategy.

- Conducting marketing audits.

- Presenting and defending strategic recommendations.

- Supporting pre-sales activities.

- Defining scope, approach and required marketing team.

- Preparing and presenting proposals.

Must-haves:

- Experience in marketing for 5+ years.

- Strong strategic marketing background.

- Proven experience with Marketing Research and GTM Strategy.

- Strong Product Marketing and positioning skills.

- Broad understanding of digital marketing channels.

- Strong analytical and commercial thinking.

- Experience building integrated marketing strategies.

- Ability to connect marketing activities with business and revenue outcomes.

- Strong presentation and communication skills.

- Ability to structure complex and ambiguous business problems.

- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.

Nice-to-haves:

- Agency or marketing consulting experience.

- International B2B experience.

- IT / Technology / SaaS experience.

- HubSpot / Salesforce experience.

- Experience with AEO / GEO / AI Search.

- Experience building marketing financial models and forecasts.

- Experience participating in pre-sales and preparing commercial proposals.
