FullStack QA Engineer

Hello! We are ElmoSoft, an IT company specializing in software development and consulting. Our core expertise lies in building high-load, scalable, distributed systems for big data processing. We’ve been proudly operating in the IT services market since 2018 as residents of the Hi-Tech Park.

Currently, we’re looking for a FullStack QA Engineer (Manual & Automation) to join our team and work on a critical internal Payment Gateway project. This system serves as the core integration layer between our client’s platforms and external Payment Service Providers (PSPs).

What we’re looking for:

- 3+ years of hands-on software QA experience within a FinTech or payment environment;
- Strong understanding of the payment lifecycle (authorization, capture, refund, chargeback, settlement) and PSP integrations;
- Solid experience in manual functional testing of UI and REST web services: writing detailed test cases, executing requests, and API testing;
- Proven experience in API testing and automation using Python-based frameworks (Pytest, Requests) and tools like Postman;
- Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks; knowledge of UI automation (Selenium WebDriver) is a plus;
- Familiarity with BDD frameworks (Behave / Cucumber) and Gherkin syntax;
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.) and using results as release quality gates;
- Ability to manage test environments and maintain test data (PSP sandboxes, test cards, e-wallets);
- Skilled at writing clear, concise, and accurate defect reports using Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray.

Nice to have: experience in FX, crypto, or CFD brokerage; testing internal payment gateways or routing layers; familiarity with PCI DSS, GDPR, FCA, or CySEC; experience with performance tools like JMeter, k6, or Gatling.
