L1 On-Site Cloud O&M Engineer (Alibaba Cloud / Tencent Cloud) Инженер по эксплуатации облачной инфра

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cloud infrastructure health checks and generate inspection reports.

• Handle L1 incidents and tickets; escalate complex issues to L2/L3 vendor support (Alibaba/Tencent).

• Assist with change management, business testing, and system deployment.

• Provide daily/project status reports and communicate effectively with clients and vendor teams.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience: 3+ years in Cloud O&M / IT Infrastructure Operations.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong Linux administration (CentOS/Ubuntu) and Shell scripting.

  • Hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud core products (ECS, RDS, SLB, Redis, OSS).

  • Understanding of Docker & Kubernetes (K8s) (deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting).

  • Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, ELK).

  • Fundamental knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLAN) and web/database services (Nginx, MySQL).

• Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Must pass an interview with the Alibaba Cloud Technical Lead OR hold an Alibaba L3 O&M Certification.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Valid work visa / authorization to work on-site.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Alibaba Cloud ACP/ACE, CKA/CKAD, AWS SAA, or TCE.

• Prior O&M experience in enterprise-level environments.
