International Goldstars School is looking for a passionate and experienced PYP Homeroom Teacher to join our international teaching team and work within the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the IB PYP framework.
- Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students’ academic, social, emotional, and personal development.
- Work collaboratively with an international team of teachers.
- Participate in interdisciplinary planning and collaborative development of units of inquiry.
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school coordinators.
- Participate in school events, professional development, and IB-related activities.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative international school environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- 3+ years of teaching experience.
- Age: 27+ years.
- English proficiency: C1 or above.
- Experience working in an international school environment is highly desirable.
- Previous experience with the IB PYP is an advantage.
- Strong interest in working within an international teaching team.
- Genuine interest in international education and the IB philosophy.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively with teachers and colleagues from different cultural backgrounds.
- Responsible, proactive, and professional attitude.
Working Conditions
- Schedule: 5/2, Monday–Friday.
- Working hours: 08:00–17:00.
