PYP Homeroom Teacher — IB Programme

International Goldstars School is looking for a passionate and experienced PYP Homeroom Teacher to join our international teaching team and work within the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the IB PYP framework.
• Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Support students’ academic, social, emotional, and personal development.
• Work collaboratively with an international team of teachers.
• Participate in interdisciplinary planning and collaborative development of units of inquiry.
• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school coordinators.
• Participate in school events, professional development, and IB-related activities.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative international school environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• 3+ years of teaching experience.
• Age: 27+ years.
• English proficiency: C1 or above.
• Experience working in an international school environment is highly desirable.
• Previous experience with the IB PYP is an advantage.
• Strong interest in working within an international teaching team.
• Genuine interest in international education and the IB philosophy.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively with teachers and colleagues from different cultural backgrounds.
• Responsible, proactive, and professional attitude.

Working Conditions

• Schedule: 5/2, Monday–Friday.
• Working hours: 08:00–17:00.
