We specialize in fast, secure, and global connectivity through advanced eSIM mobile solutions for 3+ million active users. Our innovative app allows to manage multiple eSiMs within a single account - allowing users to effortlessly juggle several plans and share connectivity.

✨ About the Role

You will develop Yesim’s Flutter mobile application for iOS and Android and contribute to building a new B2B product based on the existing platform.

The current codebase includes multiple app configurations, payment and analytics integrations, eSIM functionality, virtual numbers, and VoIP. Our key strategic priority is developing a multi-brand/white-label architecture for partners, with separate configurations, branding, feature sets, and release pipelines while maximizing shared code.

We are looking for an engineer who approaches implementation thoughtfully, can make technical decisions independently, discuss them with the team, and take ownership of the outcome.

📝 Responsibilities

Development

• Develop new features and maintain existing user flows in the B2C application while contributing to the development of the B2B product.
• Work closely with designers and backend developers to discuss requirements and implementation details, propose solutions, and communicate technical limitations early.
• Evolve the application architecture and data flows while working with the current Provider/ChangeNotifier stack.
• Develop multi-brand builds, including app configurations, entry points, build flavors, bundle/application IDs, assets, Firebase configurations, and feature availability.
• When required, develop and maintain native components and integrations through platform channels using Swift and Kotlin, including eSIM/eUICC, VoIP and system notifications, VPN, payment integrations, and other third-party SDKs.
• Maintain payment flows and integrations with the payment SDKs used in the application.
• Work with analytics SDKs selected by the team: implement and validate events, parameters, user identification, and analytics configuration.

Delivery and Collaboration

• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Deliver predictably against sprint commitments, raise blockers early, and communicate proactively.
• Collaborate with the Tech Lead on technical decisions, architectural discussions, and task estimation.
• Support colleagues through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and collaborative debugging.
• Follow the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done, ensuring that tasks enter a sprint properly prepared and are delivered fully tested.

Releases and App Store Management

• Prepare and publish releases to the App Store and Google Play, including builds, code signing, provisioning profiles, and entitlements.
• Manage the app review process, including handling rejections and complying with platform requirements.
• Maintain and develop multi-brand builds and build flavors for B2B partners.

Modern Tools and Continuous Improvement

• Be open to learning and using modern development tools, including the team’s internal solutions.
• Suggest improvements to the codebase, tooling, and processes whenever you identify a better approach.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and optimize build and deployment processes.
• We value engineers who ask, “How can we make this better?” and then take action to improve it.

CI/CD and Engineering Processes

• Work with CI/CD pipelines based on GitHub Actions.
• Follow branch protection rules: pull requests require approval, and direct pushes to production are prohibited.
• Keep technical documentation up to date, including architectural decisions, runbooks, and technical debt notes.

📩What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of professional mobile development experience, including at least 3 years of commercial Flutter/Dart development.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart, including complex UI development, application lifecycle, asynchronous programming, and state management.
• Hands-on experience with Provider/ChangeNotifier or similar approaches.
• Ability to separate UI, state, business logic, and data access without introducing unnecessary abstractions.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter navigation, including Navigator 2.0, nested navigators, and manual page-stack management.
• Strong attention to UI implementation details, including accurately translating designs into code and correctly handling different screen sizes, safe areas, loading states, errors, and empty states.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and working with Dio or similar libraries.
• Hands-on experience writing unit and widget tests, with an understanding of when integration tests are required.
• Experience with Firebase and analytics SDKs.
• Ability to collaborate with analytics specialists: define events and parameters, validate data accuracy, and contribute to the implementation of A/B tests.
• Hands-on experience with platform channels, including independently writing and debugging native Swift and Kotlin code and integrating native SDKs.
• Strong knowledge of native build toolchains, including Xcode/CocoaPods for iOS and Gradle for Android, with the ability to diagnose build and signing issues rather than simply run builds.
• Full-cycle experience publishing applications to the App Store and Google Play, including code signing, provisioning profiles, and managing the app review process.
• Strong Git and GitHub skills, including branching strategies, pull request workflows, and conflict resolution.
• A solid understanding of code review culture, including the ability to give constructive feedback and respond professionally to feedback from others.
• Professional working proficiency in English for documentation and pull request discussions.
• Russian proficiency at A1 level or higher, as Russian is used for team communication.

• Familiarity with BLoC/Cubit and hands-on experience using it in specific modules or projects.
• Experience developing multi-brand or white-label applications and working with build flavors.
• Experience integrating payment SDKs such as Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or similar solutions.
• Experience automating mobile builds and releases using GitHub Actions, Fastlane, Codemagic, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Experience with PostHog, AppsFlyer, Firebase Analytics, or similar services and SDKs.
• Experience with Rive and Lottie.
• Experience in telecom, eSIM/eUICC, VoIP, SIP/WebRTC, or VPN products.
• Experience gradually refactoring and evolving a large existing codebase.
• Experience establishing a testing culture within a team where one did not previously exist.
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments, including Jira, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 or experience working in environments with enhanced security requirements.
• Experience with React and TypeScript, as the team also maintains three web applications.
