Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to help shape the next generation of industrial digital experiences. In this role, you will design intuitive, visually compelling, and highly functional user interfaces for complex web and mobile applications used in engineering, operations, monitoring, analytics, and industrial asset management environments.

You will work closely with product owners, domain experts, software engineers, and fellow designers to transform complex requirements into elegant user experiences. This position is ideal for a designer who enjoys solving challenging usability problems, simplifying complex workflows, and creating interfaces that enable users to make effective decisions based on large volumes of information.

As part of an international and multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to products that combine modern UX principles, rich data visualization, and scalable design systems to deliver exceptional user experiences across industrial domains.

Key Responsibilities

Design user-centered experiences for modern web and mobile applications in industrial and enterprise environments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and functional requirements.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Define and evolve design systems, UI standards, and reusable design assets.
Create and maintain visual assets, including icons, illustrations, and SVG graphics.
Conduct UX reviews and usability assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts.
Support testing, validation, and quality assurance activities from a UX perspective.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.
Promote UX best practices and advocate for user-centered design throughout the development lifecycle.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across the full design process, from concept to delivery.
Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Axure, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.
Strong understanding of interaction design, usability principles, accessibility, and modern UX methodologies.
Excellent visual design skills, including typography, layout, composition, color theory, and information hierarchy.
Experience presenting and defending design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business requirements.
Basic understanding of web technologies, including HTML and CSS.
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.

Nice to Have

Experience designing complex enterprise or industrial software solutions.
Expertise in data visualization, dashboards, and information-dense interfaces.
Experience working with large-scale design systems and component libraries.
Knowledge of user research techniques, usability testing, and analytics-driven design improvements.
Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design approaches.
Experience collaborating within Agile development teams.
