Requirements
Essential
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher;
- Strong Mathematics knowledge equivalent to IGCSE level or above;
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Economics, Education, or a related field;
- Willingness to teach according to Pearson Edexcel standards;
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred
- Teaching or tutoring experience;
- Experience with IGCSE, GCSE, A-Level, IB, SAT, or other international curricula;
- Master's degree;
- International qualifications or certifications (IELTS, SAT, GCSE, A-Level, IB, etc.);
- International educational background.
Teaching experience is an advantage but not a requirement.

- Deliver Mathematics lessons following Pearson Edexcel standards;
- Use approved lesson plans and teaching materials;
- Maintain lesson structure and timing requirements;
- Create an engaging and supportive learning environment;
- Maintain academic records and lesson journals;
- Prepare end-of-semester student reviews;
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities;
- Collaborate with the Academic Team to improve student outcomes.

Selection Process
Stage 1 – Application
Submit:

Stage 2 – Initial Interview
- English language assessment;

Stage 3 – Mathematics Assessment
- IGCSE Mathematics competency test;
- Minimum passing score: 70%.
Stage 4 – Demonstration Lesson
- Teaching methodology assessment.
Stage 5 – Training Stage I
- Up to 120 supervised lessons;
- Regular feedback and mentoring.
Stage 6 – Training Stage II
- Independent classroom teaching with Academic Team support.
Successful completion leads to promotion from Junior Teacher to Trained Teacher.
