Asset Planning & Reporting Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain asset registers and lifecycle data for civil infrastructure, including runways, taxiways, roads, drainage, and buildings.
• Support short- and long-term maintenance, rehabilitation, and asset management planning based on asset condition.
• Monitor asset condition, inspections, maintenance activities, and lifecycle performance.
• Prepare regular asset performance reports, dashboards, budgets, and forecasts.
• Track CAPEX and OPEX plans, including progress, costs, and variances.
• Analyze asset data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations teams to ensure accurate planning and reporting.
• Maintain documentation and support compliance with airport standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support the implementation and improvement of CMMS/EAM and asset management systems.

Qualifications Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Asset Management, Infrastructure Management, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, maintenance planning, or asset management.
• Strong Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills.
• Experience in an airport or large infrastructure environment is an advantage.
• Fluency in Russian and Kazakh; English is an advantage.
