About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance & Operations Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing revenue tracking, payment collection processes, financial reporting, and operational finance activities across multiple business partners and affiliate programs.

You will work closely with management to ensure that revenues are accurately tracked, invoices are issued on time, payments are collected, and financial information is properly maintained and reported.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly revenue reports from affiliate programs and business partners.
• Verify amounts owed by partners and identify discrepancies when necessary.
• Prepare and issue invoices to partners.
• Manage the payment collection process from invoice creation through payment confirmation.
• Track outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
• Reconcile incoming payments with invoices and partner reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Prepare regular reports on revenue, expenses, profitability, and business performance.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning.
• Work closely with management on financial analysis and reporting.
• Support bookkeeping and administrative finance processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial workflows and reporting procedures.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and financial data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple ongoing processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate discrepancies.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Comfortable using modern software and AI tools such as ChatGPT.

Nice to Have

• Experience in finance operations, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, revenue operations, or business administration.
• Experience issuing invoices and managing payment processes.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with affiliate marketing businesses.
• Familiarity with the iGaming industry.
• Basic understanding of financial reporting and business analytics.
