Delivery of automation, technology, and analytics services (DATAS department)
Job Purpose
The role involves delivering high-quality audit and IFRS reporting services, managing engagements, supervising team members, and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review audit working papers for VSE (Very Small Entities) and NCE (Non-Complex Entities) engagements.
- Supervise, coach, and train junior team members and assistants.
- Manage audit engagements and coordinate project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and review accounting policies, methodologies, and IFRS reports.
- Support accounting process improvement and automation projects.
- Participate in local and international engagements, including PCAOB audits, Valuation in Audit (Real Estate) projects, and engagements related to Blockchain and Tokenization.
Requirements
- Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- ACCA/CPA qualification (completed or in progress) will be considered an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Russian and English.
- At least 3 years of experience in audit, accounting, financial reporting, or IFRS-related projects.
- Solid knowledge of IFRS and audit methodologies.
- Experience in reviewing audit documentation and coordinating project teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in Big Four or second-tier professional services firms will be considered a strong advantage.
