About the Role:
We're hiring a detail-driven Contract & Compliance Specialist to support commercial documentation and risk review for our US operations. This remote role blends legal analysis with operational workflow management and AI-assisted document processing, giving you direct exposure to business-critical decisions and contract risk.
You'll handle a steady volume of document reviews and revision cycles, requiring sharp attention to detail and strong organizational discipline. The role also touches broader legal and compliance support across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Contract & Document Review
- Review B2B commercial contracts and related documentation for clients
- Spot risk clauses, inconsistent terms, ambiguous language, and drafting errors
- Draft clear comments and revision suggestions
- Support contracts through multiple negotiation and revision rounds
- Confirm documents are ready before they go to final sign-off
Waiver & Compliance Documentation
- Review conditional and unconditional waivers for accuracy
- Cross-check financial figures, project data, and release logic against source documents
- Flag discrepancies and recommend approval or corrections
Workflow & Coordination
- Track document status and revisions through project management tools (e.g., ClickUp)
- Factor in relevant project context — jurisdiction, scope, value, and delivery details — when reviewing
- Prepare organized materials for outside counsel when needed
- Support internal teams on disputes, landlord matters, or compliance/trademark questions, escalating where appropriate
AI-Assisted Analysis
- Use AI tools for issue-spotting, redlining, comparisons, and summarization
- Review and refine AI-generated output manually
- Help improve internal prompt templates and review workflows
Cross-Team Communication
- Relay contract feedback and required changes to relevant internal stakeholders
- Support negotiation cycles through internal coordination
- Ensure final documents meet company risk standards
Preferred Background
Must Have:
- Degree in Law.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B contract review, legal support/paralegal work, or legal operations, including experience working independently as an individual contributor.
- Experience handling difficult negotiations.
- Practical experience using AI tools for contract and document analysis, including the ability to write own prompts for contract-related work.
- Familiarity with legal frameworks and contract practices across multiple jurisdictions.
- Fluent English and Russian - (C1/C2 level)
- Ability to work independently in a remote, high-volume operational environment.
- Experience liaising with or supporting outside counsel on legal matters
- Sharp analytical thinking with a structured, methodical approach and strong attention to detail
- A track record of accuracy and follow-through on high-volume, high-stakes document work
- Clear, confident writing ability
- Comfortable operating within structured, process-driven workflows
Good to have:
- Background in construction, manufacturing, engineering, or another project-driven industry
- Solid grasp of how US commercial contracts are structured and applied
- Awareness of state-level variation in contract terms and practice
- Prior experience working within distributed, international teams
