Sales manager

Sunny Academy is an international children’s language school helping kids develop language skills that open doors to greater opportunities in life.

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our international team and help English-speaking families find the right language programs for their children.

🚀 What you’ll do

• Sell Spanish, German, and French lessons to English-speaking clients.
• Communicate with parents and help them choose the most suitable learning program for their child.
• Make calls and follow up with potential clients.
• Schedule and coordinate trial lessons.
• Work with leads and maintain accurate client information in our CRM system.
• Build long-term relationships with families and identify opportunities for additional sales and upselling.

🎯 What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in sales to English-speaking clients.
• Fluent English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, target-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Experience working with a CRM system is a plus.
• Experience in education, children's products, or online services is a plus.

💰 Compensation

€350 fixed salary + up to €500 in monthly bonuses

The bonus system is transparent and performance-based:

• New Student Sales Target Bonus: €0–€250
• Active Student Sales Target Bonus: €0–€150
• Cross-Sales / Upselling Bonus: €0–€100

Total potential monthly income: up to €850.

🕐 Work Schedule

Fixed shifts, 5 days per week. Monday is a day off.

• Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM CET
• Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM CET
• Thursday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM CET
• Friday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM CET
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CET
• Sunday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM CET
