Influence Manager (Southeast Asia | Russian + Asian Language | CS2 Ecosystem)

Brazy is looking for a bilingual Partnership & Influence Manager to help us build long-term relationships with gaming creators and partners across Southeast Asia.

We are looking for candidates who speak Russian and at least one Southeast or East Asian language (Vietnamese, Thai, Korean, Indonesian, Malay, or Filipino), understand the local culture, communicate confidently, and are interested in gaming and the Counter-Strike ecosystem.

We are looking for candidates with experience in Influencer Marketing, Partnership Management, Business Development, Sales, Community Management, or another client-facing role. Experience in Gaming, Esports, or the Creator Economy will be a strong advantage.

About the Role

As an Influence Manager, you will identify, recruit, and develop long-term partnerships with gaming creators across Southeast Asia. You will communicate with creators, agencies, and partners in their native language, manage influencer marketing campaigns, and help expand Brazy's presence within the Counter-Strike and gaming community.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing, Partnership Management, Business Development, Sales, Community Management, Affiliate Marketing, or another client-facing role.

Professional proficiency in the Russian language.

Professional proficiency in at least one of the following Asian languages:

• Vietnamese
• Korean
• Thai
• Indonesian
• Malay
• Filipino

Intermediate (B1+) English for internal communication.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Interest in Gaming, Esports, Counter-Strike (CS2), or gaming communities.

Understanding of Southeast Asian culture and communication style.

Ability to build long-term relationships with creators and partners.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Will be an advantage:

Experience in Gaming, Esports, iGaming, Lootbox, Skin Economy, or Entertainment industries.

Experience working with gaming creators, communities, or influencer agencies.

Experience using Twitch, YouTube, Discord, Telegram, Steam, or similar gaming platforms.

Understanding of Counter-Strike creators and gaming communities across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities:

Search for and recruit gaming creators across Twitch, YouTube, Kick, and regional streaming platforms.

Identify creators producing Counter-Strike, FPS, shooter, and relevant gaming content.

Conduct outreach, negotiate commercial terms, and manage the full campaign lifecycle.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers across Southeast Asia.

Prepare campaign offers, briefs, integration requirements, and promotional materials.

Coordinate sponsored streams, YouTube integrations, promo codes, giveaways, and other marketing activations.

Monitor campaign launches and ensure all agreed deliverables are completed according to requirements.

Track campaign performance, including views, average viewers, clicks, registrations, deposits, FTDs, conversions, and ROI.

Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for renewals, budget optimization, and future partnerships.

Monitor regional gaming trends, esports events, tournaments, and identify new creator partnership opportunities.

Maintain and regularly update the influencer database, campaign statuses, pricing, contacts, and performance metrics.

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, Finance, Legal, Analytics, and Product teams.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering campaign performance, negotiations, regional insights, and growth opportunities.
