Senior Associate, Legal Department (Regulatory & Governance)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare governance documents, Board resolutions, and internal policies.
• Ensure legal compliance and develop compliance procedures.
• Support institutional development and review organizational documents.
• Provide legal support for procurement and employment matters.
• Review administrative decisions, permits, and regulatory documentation.
• Liaise with government authorities and represent the Authority in legal matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of legal experience.
• Experience in public law, corporate governance, compliance, procurement, and employment law.
• Strong policy drafting, governance, compliance management, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and strong analytical abilities.
• High level of professionalism, accountability, attention to detail, and collaboration.

Conditions:

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Employment type: Full-time
