These are the tasks awaiting you

• Ensuring a positive user experience across all processes, and participate in and support the design, development, and testing of digital interfaces

• Defining client/user research needs, conduct field research at external parties and analyze the results, then incorporate them into the final product

• Preparing, organize, and independently lead design workshops with the inclusion of internal business team

• Supporting the development of product and service concepts and advocate for client needs

• Conducting client research and monitor metrics

• Supporting the product development roadmap with insights

• Creating wireframes and prototypes and validate concepts with mobile-first users in Uzbek and Russian, including users with lower digital literacy

• In accordance with agile frameworks and according to the sprint schedule, you will contribute to defining, creating, and refining the team’s product through iterations, and you will participate in agile ceremonies

By design task you will be

• Designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces based on the existing design system

• Continuously developing and maintaining the design system’s component: Uzbek/Russian & Cyrillic/Latin support, mobile readability, form-error clarity and performance-friendly components

• Designing complex solutions and break them down into components

• Creating pixel-perfect designs and, if necessary, make them interactive

• Supporting the development process and coordinate with developers

• Efficiently incorporating new patterns and best practices into designs

We’re looking for you if you

• Have at least 6 years of professional experience in UX/UI

• Hold a degree in a relevant field

• Are familiar with UX design and research methodologies

• Are familiar with the design thinking methodology

• Have actively used a design system and are able to work according to specific brand guidelines

• Have in-depth knowledge of Figma and Figjam

• Have a thorough understanding of the principles of information architecture and visual design

• Can bring the designed interface to life with animations

• Have experience developing native applications

• Are proficient in spoken and written Uzbek, Russian and English

• Understand and interpret business needs well, enjoy thinking creatively, and proactively participate in the entire product development process

• Are easygoing, reliable and a good communicator

You’ll have an advantage if you have

• Work experience and proficiency gained at a listing/e-commerce company

• Experience gained at an agency

• Work experience in a startup environment

• Proficiency in applying agile methodologies

• Skills to write a well-formulated texts that align with the brand’s style
