Lead Manual QA Engineer

We are looking for a Lead Manual QA Engineer to help launch a new fintech product combining banking services, payments, card products, foreign exchange, and digital assets.

You will build manual testing processes from the ground up, develop the QA team, and ensure product quality—from the initial prototype to launch across international markets.

Responsibilities

• Define the manual testing strategy and processes.

• Lead the QA team and participate in hiring and professional development.

• Test mobile applications, web interfaces, backend systems, and APIs.

• Test banking and card products, payments, transfers, foreign exchange operations, KYC/AML processes, and blockchain-related scenarios.

• Organize regression, integration, and acceptance testing.

• Analyze requirements, identify risks, and ensure release quality.

• Develop test documentation and quality metrics.

• Collaborate with international engineering, product, analytics, and security teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA experience, including experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer with leadership responsibilities.

• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and techniques.

• Experience testing iOS and Android applications, web applications, and REST APIs.

• Knowledge of banking and card products, payment systems, and card processing.

• Understanding of blockchain technologies, cryptocurrency transactions, and wallets.

• Experience testing transfers, foreign exchange operations, fees, limits, KYC/AML processes, and antifraud mechanisms.

• Proficiency with Postman, Jira, TestRail, or similar tools.

• Understanding of client-server and microservices architectures, with experience working with logs and databases.

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, banking, or blockchain projects.

• Knowledge of PCI DSS, GDPR, and information security requirements.

• Experience launching a product or establishing QA processes from scratch.
