BSS\OSS Solution Architect

​​​​​​​Responsible for analyzing, designing and developing end-to-end technical solution for the customers based on Digital Transformation strategy and business needs.
Responsible for long-term profitable business for Company by being part of the engagement team to translate the customer digital transformation strategy, business needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions and proposals.
1,Drives end-to-end technical solution engagements:
2,Customer Workshops, presentations and dialogs
3,Analyze customer strategy, technology and business environment, plans & requirements
4,Contribute to business case modeling around the customer solution
5,Manage technical/product solution teams
6,Identify training / competence build-up needs, drive enhanced knowledge management, e.g. Best practices, communities, etc.
7,Contribute to internal competence development and communication, e.g. speeches, participation in events, on-line seminars etc.
8,Act as a thought leader, supporting and coaching the new hired

Requirements

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​1,Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering; Master’s degree in either discipline preferred.
2,More than 8 years experience in large Telecom and IT companies, more than 5 years in BSS/OSS architecture design, development, integration and operations
3,Extensive OSS and/or BSS operational experience in consulting or similar role either in telecom vendor, IT vendor, operator or consulting firm
4,Have a proven track record as e2e Solution Architect Project Accountable in at least 1 complex BSS and/or OSS Delivery Implementations from start to finish.
5,Expertise in OSS/BSS business processes, frameworks and methodology, technical platform, applications and software
6,Direct customer interfacing experience
7,Can operate either as a team member or team leader on initiatives, acting as a coach for peers, new hires and initiative participants from other areas in the organization.
8,Communicates effectively with leadership and team members to define project scope of work and outputs and phased approaches to achieving client's business objectives.
9,English as working language, Fluent in Chinese a plus
