Head of Sales (US Trucking Company, English)

TrackBizUSA is a US company helping trucking carriers across the United States. We are looking for a Head of Sales in Tashkent to sell, and to build our remote sales team with us.

What you will do:

- Sell yourself: call US trucking company owners from a ready database and close deals

- Hire, train and lead a small team of sales agents as we scale

- Own the numbers: call quality, scripts, conversion, results

- Work directly with the owner of the company

What we expect:

- Excellent spoken English - daily calls with Americans

- Sales experience; experience leading even a small team is a strong plus

- US trucking / dispatch / logistics background is a big plus

- Evening/night schedule (US business hours, roughly 18:00-03:00 Tashkent time)

- $2000/month guaranteed base + $200 for every deal you close yourself + a bonus for every deal your team closes
