About Us

We operate a Japanese Genghis Khan restaurant in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Our mission is to introduce authentic Japanese food culture to local customers while creating an exciting dining experience through high-quality food, service, and social media.

We are looking for a creative and passionate SMM Manager who can help grow our restaurant's presence on Instagram and other social media platforms.

SMM Manager (Social Media Marketing)

-Salary

$300~500/month

-Job Description

• Manage the restaurant's Instagram and other social media accounts.

• Plan and create engaging content for local Uzbek audiences.

• Visit the restaurant to shoot photos and videos of food, drinks, staff, and the restaurant atmosphere.

• Edit photos and short-form videos (Reels, Stories, etc.).

• Publish posts and manage the posting schedule.

• Write attractive captions and hashtags.

• Monitor account performance and suggest ideas to increase followers and customer engagement.

• Stay up to date with social media trends and propose new marketing ideas.

-Required Skills

• Experience managing Instagram or other social media accounts.

• Ability to create attractive photo and video content.

• Basic photo/video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools).

• Creativity and a strong understanding of social media trends.

• Ability to communicate in Uzbek or Russian.

-Preferred Skills

• Experience managing restaurant, café, or food-related social media accounts.

• Experience creating viral Reels or TikTok videos.

• Photography or videography experience.

• Basic graphic design skills.
