Senior Financial Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle full-cycle accounting and prepare financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local accounting standards of Kazakhstan.
2. Establish and maintain financial policies and internal control processes in compliance with the Group's and AIFC (Astana International Financial Centre) requirements.
3. Be responsible for the calculation, filing, and payment of various taxes; manage and ensure the company continuously enjoys AIFC tax incentives.
4. Manage cash flow planning, fund allocation, and capital security to optimize fund utilization efficiency; organize and conduct physical asset inventory and reconciliation.
5. Cooperate with the Group headquarters to complete financial reconciliation, data reporting, and foundational work required for consolidated financial statements.
6. Coordinate and assist with annual audits and tax inspections.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; at least 5 years of relevant financial experience. Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CAP, or CIPA are highly preferred.
2. Familiar with IFRS and proficient in Kazakhstan's national accounting standards and tax system; capable of independently handling full-set accounting and preparing financial statements.
3. Proficient in financial software commonly used in Kazakhstan, such as 1C:Бухгалтерия / 1C:Enterprise.
4. Detail-oriented, with high integrity, strong professional ethics, and an awareness of cross-cultural collaboration.
5. Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
6. Knowledge of financial regulatory requirements in the financial/securities industry in Kazakhstan is a plus.
