About the Role
Alif Uz Corp is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Accountant (Statement Specialist) to join our Accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and managing driver payment statements, communicating with drivers regarding their earnings, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Calculate drivers' weekly settlements and payments.
- Prepare accurate driver statements.
- Communicate with drivers regarding payment details and statement inquiries.
- Generate reports related to driver settlements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Work with transportation management systems (experience with DataTruck is an advantage).
- Collaborate with the Accounting and Operations teams to resolve payment-related issues.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Good mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Word.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Responsible, punctual, and organized.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 6 months of relevant work experience.
- Experience in the logistics or trucking industry is a plus.
