YOUR MISSION

• Receive, verify, process, and register incoming primary accounting documents (supplier invoices, cash advance reports) and provide them to the outsourced accounting firm

• Perform bookkeeping using QuickBooks and 1C accounting software

• Reconcile bank accounts and manage expense control and cash flow

• Conduct reconciliations with customers, suppliers, and intra-group entities

• Prepare financial statements and reports upon request

• Collect, scan, and submit documentation when needed

• Interact with auditors and regulatory authorities

• Carry out tasks assigned by the Holding’s Chief Accountant

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with 1C (QuickBooks experience is a strong plus)

• Understanding of accounting and tax regulations

• Ability to monitor deadlines for submission of accounting documents (e.g. advance reports, supplier docs)

• Basic understanding of IFRS and experience with transformation tables

• Familiarity with financial statement structure and reporting principles

• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience

Additional Requirements

• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher

• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and time management skills

• Team player with a proactive approach
