About the Program

Brand Leaders of Tomorrow is an accelerated development program designed for high-potential talents looking to gain hands-on experience in brand marketing and build a strong foundation for a successful career in marketing.

As part of the program, you will join the team as a Brand Executive and, from day one, be involved in real business challenges, brand strategy development, market analysis, campaign execution, and consumer engagement initiatives.

The program is designed to help you develop the marketing, analytical, and leadership capabilities required for future growth and progression toward a Brand Manager role.

🚀 What You'll Experience

• Work with international brands in one of the world's leading FMCG companies;
• Contribute to the development and execution of brand strategies;
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics;
• Support product launches and integrated marketing campaigns;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Premium Brands, Consumer Experience, Consumer Activation, Trade Strategy, and Sales;
• Partner with creative and digital agencies to deliver impactful marketing solutions;
• Develop analytical, commercial, and project management skills;
• Receive coaching, mentoring, and ongoing feedback from experienced marketing leaders;

👤 Who We're Looking For

We are looking for individuals with strong motivation, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for continuous learning and development.

You may be a great fit if you:

• 🎓 Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field;
• 💼 Have 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or FMCG;
• 📊 Possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data;
• 🎨 Have a genuine interest in marketing, branding, and consumer experience;
• 🚀 Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to take ownership;
• 🤝 Thrive in collaborative and cross-functional environments;
• 📈 Are motivated by personal growth and career development;
• 🗣️ Have a good command of English is preferred.

📅 Expected Process Stages and Timings

• Online SHL Cognitive Ability & Personality Assessment and Virtual Interviews with the Talent Acquisition Team: August 15–20, 2026
• Assessment Day: August 24, 2026
• Final Interviews with Selected Finalists and Business Leaders: August 26–28, 2026
• Offer Process and Onboarding Preparation: August 31 – September 15, 2026
• Program Start Date / First Working Day: October 1, 2026
