Recruitment agency Brightman is looking for a Recruiter (Executive Search)

Our client is an international IT company specializing in software development, mobile applications, and web development for various industries. With offices in the USA, Europe, and the UK, the company has established itself as a reliable technology partner on a global level. The company works with clients from various sectors, including financial services, healthcare, logistics, media and entertainment, telecommunications, and many others.

Responsibilities:
– Work with current vacancies, search and select candidates for various IT and executive positions.
– Analyze requirements, create candidate profiles, and develop search maps.
– Work across different labor markets and identify the most effective candidate sourcing channels.
– Organize and conduct in‑person and online meetings and interviews.
– Conduct thorough analysis of candidates' soft and hard skills.
– Maintain and grow a professional network of contacts.
– Work with the internal recruiting CRM system.

Requirements:
– Experience in IT recruitment for at least 2 years.
– Knowledge of various interview methodologies and recruitment tools.
– Skills in sourcing candidates via social networks, LinkedIn, Habr Career, GitHub, Stack Overflow.
– Ability to structure work effectively and set priorities.
– Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
– Genuine interest in recruitment and a desire to grow in this field.
– English proficiency at Upper‑Intermediate level or higher.
