We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Analyst to join our People Science & Analytics team. You will analyze compensation data, generate insights, support compensation processes, and contribute to the development of reports and analytical solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Analyze compensation data to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks, and translate findings into meaningful insights
Support compensation initiatives, including salary review cycles, compensation planning, pay equity analysis, and other compensation-related activities
Conduct compensation analysis and salary benchmarking using internal and external data sources
Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical materials to support compensation processes and decision-making
Contribute to the development and improvement of analytical approaches, reporting solutions, and data products in collaboration with Compensation and technical teams
Support ad hoc compensation analysis requests by gathering data, performing analysis, and preparing recommendations
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of compensation data and analytical outputs
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in compensation, FP&A, finance, reporting, HR analytics, consulting, or other analytical roles
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, Power Query)
Ability to structure tasks, investigate data, and proactively identify solutions
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership of data quality
Ability to handle confidential compensation and employee data with discretion
English — B2 level
Nice to have:
Experience with Power BI or other BI tools for reporting and dashboard development
Knowledge of SQL, VBA, or R
Experience with compensation analytics, salary benchmarking, or HR data analysis
Proficiency in PowerPoint
