Компания владеет собственным флотом специализированных судов (дноуглубительные снаряды, крановые суда, многоцелевые баржи) и не выполняет работы сама, а сдает их «внаем» (Time Charter) крупным EPC-подрядчикам.
Operations Superintendent в нашей структуре — это финансовый контролер и инженерный аудитор на месте.
Ваша задача — следить за тем, чтобы фрахтователь эксплуатировал дорогостоящее оборудование бережно, соблюдал условия договора и вовремя оплачивал счета.

Ключевые задачи:

Контроль коммерческой эксплуатации (Charter Party Compliance):
Присутствие при вводе судна в чартер (Delivery) и выводе (Re-delivery).
Контроль соблюдения ограничений фрахтователя: куда судно может ходить, какие грузы возить, лимиты на топливо.
Фиксация простоев (Off-hire): грамотное документальное подтверждение периодов, когда судно не работало по вине заказчика (поломка оборудования, задержки снабжения со стороны владельца), для корректного выставления счетов.
Финансовый контроль и взаимодействие с агентами:
Управление бюджетом стоянки (Vessel Disbursement Account - VDA). Проверка инвойсов местных агентов во всех портах мира на предмет завышенных цен или необоснованных расходов.
Координация бункеровок (закупки топлива) и закупок запчастей через глобальную сеть поставщиков.
Технический надзор от лица Владельца (Owner's Representative):
Надзор за техническим состоянием актива. Если фрахтователь ломает технику, вы должны зафиксировать это немедленно, пока он не попытался скрыть дефект.
Согласование ремонтных ведомостей (Repair Lists).
Организация сюрвейев (осмотров) состояния судна независимыми инспекторами перед началом дорогостоящих контрактов.
Координация Crew & HSE:
Разрешение конфликтов между капитаном и требовательным представителем заказчика (Client Rep).

Требования к кандидату
Профессиональные компетенции:

Опыт Type 1 (Обязательно): Опыт работы строго у судовладельца (Shipowner/Owning Company).
Понимание чартеров: Глубокое знание стандартных форм договоров (Supplytime 2017, Heavycon 2007, BIMCO Dredgerman).
Навыки переговоров.
Английский язык: Уровень Fluent (C1/C2). Обязательное ведение деловой переписки и участие в претензионных совещаниях (Claim meetings) без переводчика.

Position profile and business specifics The company owns its own fleet of specialized vessels (dredging vessels, crane vessels, and multi-purpose barges) and does not perform the work itself, but instead rents them out (Time Charter) to major EPC contractors.

The Operations Superintendent in our structure is a financial controller and an on-site engineering auditor.

Your task is to ensure that the charterer uses the expensive equipment carefully, complies with the terms of the contract, and pays the bills on time.

Key tasks:

Control of commercial operation (Charter Party Compliance): Presence at the introduction of the vessel into the charter (Delivery) and withdrawal (Re-delivery). Control of compliance with the restrictions of the charterer: where the vessel can go, what cargoes to carry, fuel limits.

Recording of idleness (Off-hire): competent documentation of periods when the vessel was not working due to the customer (equipment breakdown, delays in supply from the owner), for correct billing.

Financial control and interaction with agents: Management of the vessel's disbursement account (Vessel Disbursement Account - VDA).

Checking the invoices of local agents in all ports of the world for inflated prices or unjustified expenses.

Coordination of bunkering (fuel purchases) and spare parts purchases through a global network of suppliers.

Technical supervision on behalf of the Owner (Owner's Representative): Supervision of the technical condition of the asset. If the charterer breaks the equipment, you must record it immediately before they try to hide the defect.

Coordination of repair lists (Repair Lists).

Organization of surveys (inspections) of the vessel's condition by independent inspectors before the start of expensive contracts.

Coordination of Crew & HSE: Resolution of conflicts between the captain and the demanding client representative (Client Rep).

Requirements for the candidate

Professional competencies: Type 1 experience (Required): Experience strictly with the shipowner (Shipowner/Owning Company).

Charter understanding: In-depth knowledge of standard forms of contracts (Supplytime 2017, Heavycon 2007, BIMCO Dredgerman).

Negotiation skills. English: Fluent level (C1/C2).

Mandatory business correspondence and participation in claim meetings (Claim meetings) without an interpreter.

Personal qualities:
