Website Editor cum Digital Marketing Manager

Duties:

1. Website Management & CMS Operations

• Manage and update website content, including web pages, landing pages, blogs, and media assets through the CMS/CRM platform.
• Edit HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to format content, customize pages, and resolve front-end issues.
• Perform regular website audits to identify and fix broken links, redirects, outdated content, and mobile responsiveness issues.
• Maintain CRM integration for website forms to ensure accurate lead capture and routing.
  
  2. Analytics & Performance
• Manage website tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and advertising platform pixels.
• Monitor website performance, analyze user behavior, and provide reports with CRO recommendations.
• Maintain consistent UTM tracking and campaign attribution across digital channels.
  
  3. Digital Marketing
• Support the execution and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated lead-nurturing workflows.
  
  4. Social Media & Branding
• Manage and publish organic content across social media platforms in line with the content calendar.
• Ensure all digital content complies with company branding and communication guidelines.
  
  5. Event Support
• Provide digital marketing support for exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events, including landing pages, registration forms, and email invitations.
• Coordinate with external vendors on marketing materials and event branding.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in website management and digital marketing.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript.
• Experience with CRM systems and Web-to-Lead/Form integration.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
• Solid experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English is required.

Working conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
• Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
• Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months.
• Working language: Russian/English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
