Business Assistant/Executive Assistant

Hi! My name is Mira'lo Shavkatov, Co-owner of TMD Express - We provide multiple services for logistics companies across the United States. I am responsible for the Fleet Department, and as our business continues to grow, I'm looking for a Business Assistant who can become my right hand and help me stay on top of key metrics, team performance, and daily operations:

• Tracking HR and Accounting specialist’s workflow
• Preparing materials, briefs, and summaries to support decision-making
• Checking the groups, following up on assigned tasks (claims, reports, permits etc.) to ensure completion
• Identifying problems early with any department related to Fleet and resolving them before they escalate
• Collecting feedback from specialists, clients, and companies
• Channeling that feedback to the department head with context
• Whenever there is a complaint from companies, firstly identifying the issue, talking with specialists, discussing with head of the department and then making decision that only benefits service.
• Gathering reports from the team (HR, Accounting, Fleet)
• Analyzing the data and turning it into clear, actionable insights
• Monitoring KPI of every specialist
• Flagging deviations and trends early

• Advanced English • Advanced Uzbek • Russian language proficiency

Working Schedule

• 6 days a week • 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Salary

Probation period: 2 months • During probation: $800/month
• After probation: $1,000/month
