Job Overview

American International School of Tashkent (AIST) is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Foreign Language (Russian, French, German, Japanese) Teacher to join our international faculty.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences
Provide academic advising and guidance to students
Support curriculum planning and academic progression
Contribute to the development and review of curricula and syllabi
Participate actively in academic committees and institutional initiatives
Support student success, engagement, and retention efforts
Maintain a professional and collaborative academic environment

Minimum Requirements:

PhD preferred; at minimum, a Master’s degree from a reputable institution
(Graduates from QS Top 500 universities will be given preference)
Demonstrated teaching experience in the relevant subject area
Experience in curriculum and/or syllabus development
Strong academic and professional expertise
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment
Fluency in English is required
