Sales Executive

We're Growing Our International Sales Team! RCA Living is expanding its sales team for the Royal Central Park project in Bishkek! We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive who will focus on developing partnerships with international real estate agencies (B2B) and attracting overseas clients.

Qualification requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales or international B2B sales
• Experience working with agency networks or business partners
• Fluent English (Russian is an advantage)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, results-driven mindset

Duties

• Build and develop partnerships with international real estate agencies and brokers
• Identify and onboard new B2B partners in foreign markets
• Conduct online meetings, presentations, and negotiations in English
• Maintain long-term relationships with agency partners
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the project's international growth
